i ordered a Arduino board from the store,
but tracking not updated for almost 6 days, it says "Info received"
What should i do?
i asked the carrier and they said,
"we have not received the physical package in our facility to be processed."
i sent a email to shop@arduino.cc and they haven't responded yet,
what should i do? ![]()
You can try to contact Arduino via https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us/ and see if that works better than the email.
