hi guys i need your help, i got PAP2T-NA which is not working, just hang on 2 Lights on it 1 is Red & 1 is Green.
So i like to know how to fix this PAP2T.

If it is a switching power supply, please don't try to fix it. Just don't. I has many risks. Even when you replace a broken component, it might blow because there could be other damaged components. The large capacitor inside contains a high voltage, even when it is not connected to the mains.
If it has a transformer, you could use a multimeter to measure everything.
Opening those plastic cases is not always easy. Are screws used ?
Many plastic cases are ultrasonic melted together. You can't open those without damaging the case.
