Hi, I really need your help. My computer (Windows 8.1) doesn't recognize Arduino Uno r3. When I connect usb to the computer, i heard the sound that computer accept it. But in device manager it is named as unknown device. What can i do?
I suspect you need to install the driver for whatever USB-to-Serial chip your "UNO" is using. What is written on the chip near the USB connector?
