after disassembling , it make noise , and jump.
i change the polulu and the motor , but the same

What software is controlling the extruder?
If it is one of the regular 3D printing programs then you are much more likely to get useful advice on the RepRap Forum.
The Arduino Forum is mainly for helping people write their own programs.

Rather than change the driver and motor can you swap the motor with another, and see if the fault is
in the motor or the driver (you have checked the winding continuity presumably?)
Have you used a simple stepper test program to put it through its paces (ie exclude the possibility of
a software issue)
