I Just in the process of making a Home control center.

Explain me please value of HCC please, I don't understand. 
HCC - installed in a summer home for instance, it can controll water heaters, pumps, turn on / off refridgeration, manage the furnace
it can prolly integrate into an alarm system immediately too.
With a rj45 jack, this control center can be run from any internet able device via a web interface. So you're headed up to the cabin tomorrow, log online, turn on the fridge, the water heater, etc, and get there to a house ready to be used.
Theres a lot of other applications, but these are probably the most relevant.
just for added coolness, get the 7805 off and put a decent DC/DC there

It's using OW on the 4 RJ45 connectors at the back.
I Have just make some PCB hubs with 4 + 1 and the ability to stack some DS2408 (8 PIO) chips on it.
On each RJ45 connector there is OW, 2 User, 1 Interrupt, GND and 5v
The HCC-Speaks is based on a ISD17240 Chip, and will be connected to the system by SPI. (I have made that PCB to)
I can control i by HTTP, at the time i have 9x1, 2x2 and 5x1 DS18B20 and a DS2408 connected to the system.
One of the cables from the main board to the hub is 80m long (From one end of the house (Ground floor, over the 1st floor, true the house to the other end, and down to the basement)
Instead of using the ID number, i can bye a web page give them a name, and i can also define a name for etch of the 4 RJ45 (Sting 1..4) all the names are stored in the EEPROM on the main board.
I Will use it to control my central heating system, then the system can tell me by voice or by a sms, i can see the status on a webpage, adjust something, see it on tv and on and one, that i need to put more wood in it, i can the monitor the house, is a door open, is the light on, how much energy am i using, is the greenhouse to hot, dos i need to open a window, do it need water and so on

Today i am finish with the HCC Speaks board, it is based on a ISD17240 chip from Winbond.
Today there is pictures of the HCC-HUB and the HCC-PIO, HCC-PIO is a expansion to the HCC-HUB, its based on a DS2408.

I am not a wonder in programming, and since you are using the Ds2408 in your HCC, i need some code.
I planned to use this ds2408 also in my HCC, but do not have any clou how to program this chip.
I allready use some DS18B20 chips.
So my question is, can you share some code ?

You can get two ethernet shields and two 328 arduinos to start with. When you get those probably best to start your own new discussion.
