I figured it out, i want delete this post, however administrtor didn't approve

the reason I asked help here is i don't understand why only last LED was on, I thougt when Last LED was ON, current wentthrough all other Previous LEDs

when I draw the Schematic i figured out why, because only Last LED and the next LED had Voltage crossing, all other LEDS either 5V-5V or 0V-0V

Sorry for this POST, that moment I just misunderstood.

If you had posted the circuit and code this thread would have been much shorter…
