My Leonardo Does Not Work

Hi and merry christmas,
sorry for my bad english.

i was using my ARDUINO LEONARDO R3 as a web server with Ethernet shield and simple html code and it was working fine.
but suddenly LEONARDO stopped working. i checked my Leonardo and i saw its LED turned on with a green light.
i restarted my leonardo too many times but it does not work. i checked my Windows 7 device manager but my Leonardo is not there too.

does it has any solution or i must buy new one :frowning: ?

when i connect my Leonardo to my PC (windows) via USB cable,i see some LED next to the "ON" led, that labeled with "L" and is turned on Permanently and does not blink.

but user problem does not solved.

My arduino UNO is not working, the L led is always on and my laptop not foud arduino.
I try switch port, but Arduino does not found.
I verify the cable and it doesn't problem.

I'm using windows7 and my LED does flash when i press the reset button.
