My NANO RP doesn't work with WiFi

Hi.
When I first started with NANO RP , trying the example sketches with WiFi I get the information that I need update the WIFI firmware.
I've tried two methods:

  1. Updating the firmware with IDE
  2. Updating the ones with IoT Cloud.
    Both action unsuccessful.
    Case 1. The IDE was updating firmware 30 minutes and as nothing happened I've decided to cancel operation.
    Case2. ( after action in case 1 ) . The System recognised my board and tried to update the firmware but it stopped and nothing happened.
    After updating Arduino Agent ( connected with other problem solved toy Arduino team ) to version 1.3.6 I've tried again with IoT Cloud but this time system did not recognise my board.
    And of course none sketch which is using WiFi connection is not working.
    I cannot attach any error codes as finally Cloud dis not seeing my board, and previous actions unfortunately I did not register.
