Recently I have bought a OV7670+FIFO camre module which is vesrsion 2 and there is not WRST pin on it ? The Schematic (which is attached) shows that the VSYNC signal is connected to the WRST of the FIFO inside the board ...
Now, I know that in order to write a new frame to the FIFO from the camera I need to reset the write pointer , and I know that the WRST does that and it is active low .....
On the other hand , VSYNC pulses at the start and the end of a frame (the diagram is attached)...
Now , the problem is that , I don't understand how the VSYNC and WRST can be connected to each other ? how is that possible? How can I reset the write pointer?
