My Posts: All and Topics relationship?

In My Posts I see all threads (topics) in which I've ever posted or replied. Some have a large number of entries. On switching to Topics I expected that I would see a single entry for each But some topics in All are missing from Topics. Have I misunderstood their definitions?

Is there any way to condense All to a single entry per topic?
