Rain gauge sorted to my satisfaction!
Next problem is that if the rain gauge calibration was so bad what is the anemometer calibration like? So, I have a thingy based on a Nano Every that reads the pulses from the Anemometer and displays the data on an OLED display, the whole ting can run from a car based USB power socket. I just need a calm day and a friend to drive carefully at a fixed speed so I can see what output I get holding the thing out of the window of the car AND I need the covid rules to have relaxed so I don't have to argue with some plod about 'necessary journeys'.
