My pulg-in wont download on my HP laptop

Hi, i am trying to get my plug-in downloaded to my PC but it won't and when i try, it asks me to download an app

  • When you say "plug-in", do you mean the Arduino Create Plugin?
  • Please describe the exact steps you are using to download the plug-in.
  • Which app is it asking you to download? Please post the full and exact text of the message asking you to download an app.
