My RC522 module is not reading a prticular card with ultralight C Mifare

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with an RC522 module card reader and a specific card utilizing the ultralight C Mifare protocol. While the code isn't particularly relevant since I'm using the mfrc522 library, I've tested the RC522 module with a special device that generates ultralight C, and it functions properly. Additionally, I've tested the card itself, and it also works. However, for some reason, I'm unable to recognize the card with the RC522.

The function "IsNewCardPresent," which I'm supposed to call first, doesn't recognize the card. I'm curious if anyone has encountered a similar issue and if there are any suggestions on how to resolve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for the answer, we tested the card and it is using ultralight c protocol the same that we were looking for

It was a hardware issue, not a software issue.
