I bought an Arduino Uno R4 WIFI in September from Romania for my birthday (we have certified stores and I live there), it first was detected by a calculator (Windows 10 Pro), but then it wasn't detected. So I make an email to the store I bought it from, at first they said to try another cable (I tried three USB cables, wasn't detected). They told me to return it to test the board. I return the board, then a few days later, they said that the 3.3V stabilizator was outputting 0.6 V, they replaced with a new board
Do you have the name of the reseller? also if you have pictures of the board from both sides would be great
Yes. It is ArduShop - ARDUSHOP
Well I guess defective parts can sometimes turn up in production. The good thing is that you got a replacement board. Is the replacement working OK?
Yes. It works now
Thank you for the information, we will investigate with the reseller
