My serial port for my ESP32 failed to execute or does not exist. And I dont know why

I have recently purchased a "Veli shy ESP32 ESP32S CP2102 Development Board 2.4GHz Dual-Mode WiFi+Bluetooth Antenna" and tried to test it out with a program Im working on. Everytime I try to upload it. It shows this error message

I tried changing its port but it didnt work

My usb connecter seems to work okay with my other device, I dont know why this one doesnt work. I'm not sure whats wrong and I need help. The Board Manager URL I used is "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/gh-pages/package_esp32_index.json" and the Board I use is the DOIT ESP32 DEVKIT V1

Did you install the driver?

No I dont think so? Im not sure what driver I should install. Nor how to install it properly
