It is missing the little bag that comes with the servo. I believe it's called a potentiometer switch but I'm not sure. There's three in the bag and its white. Is it possible this bag can get shipped to me?

Sounds more like the servo horns to to allow you to attach things to the servo output shaft. These horns friction fit on the spline of the shaft and there should be a set screw to mechanically fasten the horn into place.
Can I still contact Arduino about this if it's from elegoo? All the parts inside are arduino they just have the elegoo name on it.
I dont think it would be reasonable to do that, as the product, such as the arduino mega , is also a clone and the arduino.cc platform doesnt endorse or support 3rd party clone kit customer care. however, u can contact elegoo for that

Thanks guys, I contacted elegoo's email. For now, I'm going to use an Allen key to see the directions.
