You can't be sure of that, it's made rock steady for you by the scope trigger circuit. The leading edge could be jumping around, the scope would track it, and the trailing edge would appear to jump around even if it was steady. Just sayin.

Use the PWM output of the ATtiny to sync the scope while reading the Drain signal.
