Hello, my Arduino nano recently stopped working here is the error code

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Any suggestions, I have used it many times in the past and have the right board and port checked
Thanks

Was the board manager upgraded from 1.6.20 (to e.g. 1.6.21)? If so, try the 'old bootloader' option in the processor menu for clones and original Nanos from before 2018.

If you're using an original Nano, produced in 2018, you will have to upgrade to board manager 1.6.21 (or newer but there seem to be some issues 1.6.22) and use the '328P' option in the processor menu.
