Nano 33 BLE maximum current supply

Hi

Does someone know what the maximum current the 3.3v output pin of the Nano 33 BLE can supply when connected to an external power source via VIN? I'm presuming it goes through a voltage regulator on the Arduino.

Also, if powered by USB I presume it will be whatever the USB port can supply, eg 500ma? What if I use USB C / Thunderbolt?
