Nano 33 Iot cannot connect to Wifi anymore

Hey, my Nano 33 Iot is not connecting to Arduino Cloud anymore. I tried already the Example File "ScanNetworks" which cannot find anymore any Networks. (With a different Nano 33 IOT the scan works).

So is there any chance to revive it or is the Wifi Module dead?
Is there any way to reset the Wifi Module?
