Nano 33 IoT Firmware update keeps failing!

I've just purchased two Nano 33 IoT's The first one has worked ok, but the second one is having problems updating its Firmware!

This device is currently running NINA firmware: 1.2.3
The other working device I have is running NINA firmware: 1.4.8

When I go to upload its first Sketch it's coming up saying NINA firmware update.
Upon selecting "UPDATE" it checks for the device & confirms that Rob_IoT_2 is ready to be updated,
selecting "CONTINUE" it starts checking firmware..

The first attempt failure reports -

We were not able to update the firmware - Something went wrong!

1st retry reports -

We were not able to update the firmware - Start command: exec: "C:/Users/robba/.arduino-create/arduino/fwupdater/0.1.12/FirmwareUploader": file does not exist

2nd retry & successive retries report -

We were not able to update the firmware - Cannot read property 'latest_wifi_fw_version' of undefined

I've tried, Logging out of the Arduino IoT , rebooting the laptop & starting over again, but just end up in the same loop of errors!
I've even tried deleting the Nano 33 IoT as a device & start over from scratch, but again but just end up in the same loop of errors!

Is anyone on here able to offer any help/suggestions or should I just return this Nano 33 IoT back to Arduino for exchage?

Many thanks,

Rob
