I was working with the engineering kit r2 recently and just got through the introduction. Once completed with the introduction my Nano 33 iot just randomly disconnected with the computer and I have not been able to connect it since. I have been trouble shooting it the past couple of days while talking to the tech support team. The LED comes on once you plug it in but that is the only thing the board does. I tried double clicking and updating the drivers, stuff from other forum pages and nothing works at all. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue with the nano 33 iot. The only thing I have not tried was purchasing a new usb cable but I am doubtful that is the reason this is happening. Also, the kit is a little over a month old so I have not been using it that much.
I am new to the arduino scene so any help would be appreciated. this has just been one frustrating problem!
