Nano 33 IoT wont reboot on OTA update

I have an application that reads analog sensor data on A0 to A7. This application works fine in the cloud environment, it sends its data via WIfi as supposed. And I have no problem with updating it via USB connector. But when I use the OTA update does the OTA make halt at reboot. If I disconnect sensors on pin A2, A4 and A5 does the OTA work without problem. I have tried to solve the problem in making the three pins digital (both with HIGH and LOW attribute) during OTA reboot but it doesent help. Does anyone know if these pins are involved in the OTA in any way and if there are a way to fix this via the program. I use C.
