You might have the CH340 TTL-to-USB chip on the Nanos in which case you need to download the driver from CH341SER.ZIP - NanjingQinhengMicroelectronics and install it.
If you're not sure which TTL-to-USB chip is on the Nano, you can use Windows device manager to find the VID and PID of the device and look it up on the web.
- Right click on the device in Windows devise manager and click properties.
- Select Hardware Ids in the details tab.
- A CH340 would have a the below VID and PID
Once Windows recognises the Nano, you might still have to play with the processor options in the tools menu to achieve a succesfull upload.
