I'd like to interface a rechargeable battery pack of some kind to my arduino nano. Ideally, the pack would recharge when an external power source is plugged in, but my main problem is figuring out how to interface a battery which has enough power to drive steppers and other components to the nano without frying it. A good point of reference for what I'm going for is the Lithium Backpack.
