What do you show for Ports when you first connect the board to the USB cable?
What do you show when you double tap the reset to enable the bootloader?
Do you see the onboard led fade up and down when the bootloader is active?
Something is not right with your board. Try and upload the bare minimum blank sketch to see if that can bring things back to normal.
It's interesting that after I locked up my Nano 33 BLE with your bad sketch with the analogRead() of pin 10, I could get back to normal after disconnecting, reconnecting and loading a simple sketch and nothing was permanently hurt.
