Nano Clock with an Atmega328p AU and a I2C OLED screen

Ok, this is my first time on this forum and i saw the people help to this kind of projects
in first place, i'm not english native so forgive me if i say something wrong

i'll try to describe my project, i'm trying to make a smallest digital clock as i can so i use a OLED screen 'cause it is simple to use, less pins in the "arduino" and the code is more simple too
i make it in first place with a led matrix to make 7 segment displays but, i wanted to be smaller so i use the screen
my idea is make the main PCB the same size as the OLED, i was doing research for schematics of arduino nano so i made this, i hope it is correct if not please say me where i did wrong
for the programming and the ICSP for the boothloader i'm using a USB C slightly modified, using it pins for the data transfering from another board where i'll connect an CH340 TTL programmer and the ICSP pins from an arduino NANO for the boothloader
i'm trying to use a RTC DS331 from Adafruit and a lipo battery, i'll leave an image of the schematic, the forum doesn't let me upload more than 1 multimedia file, i'll try to upload the another images in comments or something
please, tell me if i'm wrong with something, i'm new in somethings like this but i like it
anyway, thanks for your time guys

this is a view from the PCB

top view of the 3D PCB

bottom view of the 3D PCB

this is the OLED screen, is an 0.96" with I2C communication

this is the RTC i want to use, because it is small and that chip i saw in articles and reviews it is very stable

and this is the battery, is connected to the BT connecter and i'll charge it with an external charger
so that are all images, ask me everything u want guys
