Nano Every Voltage rating

I'm looking for some clarification on the voltage rating of the Nano Every.

The specification states 6 - 21V DC to the MPM3610 converter, however on the Nano Every design files the input capacitor C4 is a 16V rated part.

Has anyone any experience using the Nano Every with a 21V input voltage (or anything above 16V)?
