Follow these:
- Do complete Uninstall Arduino IDE and then re-install the Arduino IDE (use Arduino IDE 2.3.6). Make sure that you install all the dependencies that shows up after the installation. If your machine is running Windows 11, grant the IDE admin right during installation.
- Follow this guide Reset the firmware on Nano RP2040 Connect to reset the board and then try to upload blink LED sketch example from the IDE to it.
Note: Make sure that the IDE is installed in the correct folder/path. Check Open the Arduino IDE installation folder
