NANO RP2040 USB driver fail to install on WIN7

dear all

i've just received the RP2040 board and i'm not able to install drivers. I've installed Arduino 1.8.15, it installed several drivers, i'm in admin mode under Win7 pro but i'm not able to install the Nano RP2040 driver (picture attached).

do you have any ideas please ?
