Having the shield but need the schematics. Where can I get it?
Please post a link to the shield that you have
Look at the picture.
I assume that you are having problems using the shield. Have you taken into account that the rp2040 runs at 3.3V rather than 5V which the classic Nano runs at ? I strongly suspect that the shield was designed to be used with a classic Nano
Most of the circuit of the shield should be obvious because all it does is to connect power and GPIO pins to one another and the Nano socket. What is it that you want to find out about ?
For convenience this is the shield referred to in the other topic

Hi Bob
Actually no problem. I am going to use it for the first time and I need the schematics to understand some of the connections. Do you have any tip of where to find? Is there a site with more technical info about the shields?
I have one of those shields and all of the pins are labelled. What do you need to know about ?
In the middle there is a transistor and some resistors /capacitors. Function?
Mine is also labeled. I guess G stands for Ground, V for Voltage and S for Signal. Is that correct?
G, V and S is correct
Be careful when connecting to them to make sure that you get the connections right because the signal pins are closest to the edge of the shield on one edge and furthest away on the other. I changed the colours of the plastic pin bases to make it more obvious and to prevent accidents
Please pardon the crappy 'photo
That is not a transistor, rather it is a voltage regulator. You can power the shield and the Nano with 5V through the barrel jack but I have never bothered and have just used the USB connector on the Nano as usual. The voltage regulator is there to provide the 3.3V for those pins
Excellent Bob!
Thank you very much!
No more questions now. Maybe the question of where to find schematics of all the shields. Surely some others also want the scehematics? Why not in this forum?
This may be it
Yepp!
Well done!
