yes, everything works pretty well before i attach the solenoids. the relays. i even tried running the 2 systems from diferent batteries to avoid any interference from the solenoids, one thing i noted is that the system stops after the solenoids go off
i am not actually close to the hardware... aboit the fly by diodes i tried a 1amp, a 6 amp and a 12 amp diode. all with the same result...
your power supply, what is it?
It sounds like fly back, are you sure diodes are right way round. Use a 50v diode with a current rating higher than your solenoid requirements. Really need a schematic and a few pictures of actual wiring as these can be very different
Sorry, got blocked by the newbie's policy. i have no chance to take pictures as the machine is working manually, without the arduino, just the relays and the joystick. the power supply is the 12v battery from the tractor, it really sounds like flyback problems but as i already installed the diodes the correct way i have no clue on whats the problem...the relays are optoisolated but the module is a 5v so therre's a chance some of the current jumps out to the arduino circuit.. the circuit i drew is as correct as possible. i have easyeda circuits as well but they tend to be more confusing...
No, easyeda schematics are not more confusing. They are the correct way to put together schematics and are completely clear and understandable. Your picture is confusing and unclear.
this is the schematics i drew to make the pcb. later i found out that i needed optoisolators and other flaws so i go rid of this and made a new setup with modules. i will draw the new design in a bit. but this is my design
