Hi,
I have a problem with The Arduino Cloud.
To connect to the Cloud I use alternately both The MacOS and a PC with Windows 10.
In both computers I have correctly installed "Arduino Create Agent" after verification.
It happens to me that in order to use "Arduino Create" I have to install the "Arduino Create Agent" file again every time I open it.
The good thing is that it doesn't always then work, in fact I often find that it doesn't see the NANO33 IoT that I connected before launching the application.
It sees it "OFF Line" to me.
As a sketch I use the "Blynk" file.
I have created the "Things", then the "Dashboards" and properly installed The "Devices" but I can only compile it but not install it on the NANO.
I currently use the "Free" version of the Plan.
I don't know what to do anymore...
This should not be necessary. What is necessary is to start the Arduino Create Agent application if it is not already running. Arduino Create Agent is started after installation, so you reinstalling it every time is likely only a very slow way of starting the application.
The next time that happens, check if the board is shown in Windows Device Manager:
- Open the Windows Device Manager.
- Select View > Devices by type from the Device Manager menus.
- Open the "View" menu.
- If there is a ✓ to the left of the "Show hidden devices" menu item, click on "Show hidden devices" to disable it.
- Open the "Ports (COM & LPT)" section of the Device Manager tree.
Solved with your help.

You are welcome. I'm glad it is working now.
