Nano 33IOT repeatedly fails to configure at last step - loading secure element. Goes to can't find device. It has been reset a bunch and create agent restarted and re-downloaded Still fails. Any ideas or should I just call it DOA and get another one?
Ensure that you install "Arduino Create Agent" with admin right ( Install the Arduino Create Agent), check that it is running and use a good data USB cable to connect the board to the computer (avoid using a USB hub). Follow this Getting Started With the Arduino IoT Cloud
I re-downloaded the create agent and ran it with admin rights (about 5 times). It still fails repeatedly, but after about 20 tries it finally appeared to work although it still gave me the same can't find device error. I think the reset with two quick button pushes changes the port and sometime during the config process it resets and gets another port which causes it to fail. Not sure, but after failure it has a different port.
