native serial port can't obtain info

Hi guys
lately I replace my my MB to GIGABYTE Z390 . Today I try to download my sketch to UNO board but it does not work . I use the UNO before with the old MB so I try

  1. use other board
  2. uninstall the IDE ( 1.8.13 ) and install again
  3. change port
  4. change cable
  5. use external PS
    with the some problem
I use the some com and cable for my 3D printer with no problem .
when i try "Tools">"Get board info" i got the message about native serial port
when I try to download an sketch i got

Arduino: 1.8.13 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Uno"

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding

avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 8 of 10: not in sync: resp=0xfb

i see in the device manger that when I connect the board it open it as "Other Devices " > "USB2.0-Serial "
and when I connect the 3D printer it is under "PORTS">"USB Serial Device " (may be this can help in understand the problem)
Hope you can help me because I almost lost
Regards Doron

I found the problem there was no driver for the USB2.0-Serial .after some digging I found that is the solution.

This seems to have solved my issue as well, thanks!
