Any TFT display will work to display directions like those shown.
The code tends to be complex, depends on factors you did not specify and probably won't run on small Arduinos.
If you are a beginner, it is better to use your smartphone with GaiaGPS, Google Maps, etc.

What is the purpose of the extra display?
What program, running on the phone, will be sending instructions to the display?
Google maps will be sending information and I will be fixing that permanently on my bike. Will look cool. Just wanted to know if that is possible with Arduino.
Yes, it is possible. Do you have the details of the protocol that Google Maps uses to send driving directions? If so, please post a link.
