Btw. I guess that if "they" are afraid of electronics being used in bombs, it should also be forbidden to export SAND, as it might be used to make silicon, which might end up being turned into a 555 or something even more evil... like a PIC. Oh, and not to forget about capacitors and resistors... can be used as a timer as well.
It would be much wiser to stop pissing off those people ( like by invading other countries to get cheapo oil, oops no no make that 'weapons of mass destruction' ! ) instead of thinking about what to do as soon as they're angry.
