Need 7.26v

I am using a 9v battery to power the arduino and need to step that down to 7.26v for other devices that are in the circuit. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

That's a very odd, specific voltage. What device is it?

You can use an LM317 type regulator and some trimmer resistor. You could then adjust it to any value you want. (Look into PDF application notes of datasheet for sample schematic.)

I have one of these

I have five of these, very efficient, much better then using linear regulators in battery service.

Are you using this "Bend Sensor"?
