This has to fit my Adruino uno board , a ethernet shield, and a sound sensor and have ports openings for usb, power and usb. so something that is 2.5" x 4" and about 3" deep.
Does anyone have any recomendations for a case like this? or point me to any good sites that sell Arduino cases.
fit your Adruino uno board , give you a 1000 mb/s ethernet shield, 4 openings usb ports, 110/220 power supply and linux box you load processing, apache, php, mysql...

I guess the reason why you are asking is because what you want is extraordinarily hard to find. You might find a result looking for electrical rather than electronic.
I use standard Australian weatherproof power outlet boxes , which are the dimensions you require and have a hinged clear lid. They are OK for Uno but I was obliged to move to Megas and had to clear out the internal mouldings. This was tedious but it was still the best option I could find.
I suspect you were looking for Arduino case. If you look for the word 'enclosure' it might give you more hits.
There are various places to get Arduino enclosure boxes, some that have pre-drilled holes, most do not. The problem with Arduinos in general is each Arduino is different sized, due to different shield layout, etc. Also, you didn't say if you need the case to be weather sealed or just hold the Arduino.
If you are going for a full weather sealed enclosure, Adafruit has some cable glands that you would drill through the box and the gland provides a weather seal to pass cables through:
Depending on how fancy you want it, there is always the option of getting one of those plastic boxes for food, and using an exacto knife to cut out the ports.
for weather sealed enclosure, most of them if not all do not reach IP68 ( submarine grade/continuous submersion in water)
use submarine grade enclosure for indoor or outdoor application might sound funny, however for people just go through Hurricane Sandy might have different opinions.
