Need a connector

Hey everyone,

I'm after a simple connector, just so I can disconnect a couple of leds from the enclosure.

I've tried having a Google, and a look in the normal places but still failing. Is there a simple name I'm missing for these?

You can try these magic words: "[2 pin] polarized connector" :slight_smile:

I don't quite get what you mean. I've never seen a connector that will allow you to remove a LED from an enclosure, they are normally fixed in place. Something like this

will allow you to remove say the enclosure lid and disconnect the LEDs from the PCB.

I'm also not sure what you mean by remove from enclosure. These may help? They are two pin polarized connectors:

A male plug with a black and red wire already connected and a female plug with a black and red wire already connected.
10 pairs (20 connectors; 10 male, 10 female).

They are of a decent quality, especially for the price.

No problem. Just be aware that if you order from DealExtreme, it takes a while to receive... maybe 2-4 weeks on average. I typically only order from them on stuff i don't need in a hurry, or stuff that i've already got from them and are running low just to restock before i run out. I found that the JST cables are good enough that i keep some on hand. You can find them online from other dealers by searching for JST cables, but probably not as cheap as DX.
