Need a function to occour every 1 second. Where to place variable in servo lib

Could someone please tell me where i can place a variable in the servo library so that i can get a Flag to go high every 1 second.

I need to put a variable in a ISR that count so that i can get the flag to go high every 1 second. But the servo library is confusing because it's using 3 timers. and i a not sure how to do it there.
Do you know where else i can place a variable in order to get a flag to go high every 1 second.

Just use milis.
if(last_milis-milis()>=1000){
//do something
last_milis=milis();
}

UHH thanks alot didn't know that existed ... Would it interfere with servo library or the nowsoftserial
