Hi!
My current IDE installation keeps reminding me that an upgrade is available. However, when I try to download the most recent version, it tries to download 1.8.9 and tells me that it is already installed.
I tried to upgrade from within the IDE, from the Arduino web site and the Microsoft store and the results are the same.
Is 1.8.10 available? Why won't it download and install?

1.8.10 is available.
Word has it the STORE version is not yet available though if that is what your problem is.
You can simply download the FULL IDE here and then do a proper install rather than rely on the app store.
If you have played a round a lot installing and un-installing you may also need to clean up a little so I have attached some instructions for that aspect.
