need a high pressure solution for blowing up a balloon after opening a container

anyone have any ideas on the same motor or CO2 canister used to blow up inflatable vest on airplanes?

I need this same solution with the pulling actuator.. not sure where to look..

look for out of date life vests.
A lot of these type of life vests have a salt (or other soluble material) pellet in them that dissolves on contact with water and activates the vest (in case you get knocked out when thrown overboard).
It also absorbs moisture from the air and so has a shelf life, you'll often see them for sale in ships chandlers and ebay for knockdown prices.

I've done some experimentation with these myself years back. Bear in mind that the normal CO2 containers they come with are bigger and will therefore pop most normal balloons.

Depending on the air source you would need a regulator to keep the pressure down to <10 PSI, and then from there any pneumatic solenoid would work.

If you can provide more details on what you're using for an air source, how small/portable your apparatus needs to be, and what side of the planet you're on then you'll get more direct help. Don't be afraid to explain what you're trying to accomplish.
