Hi all, please forgive me as I stumbled upon this Arduino without knowing if this is what I need.
I am a fireplace manufacturer and one of my gas valves require 0-10VDC to modulate flame height.
I am hoping someone knows if one could be made so it can be controlled via home automation. Is this the right place to look for this? I would prefer to hire someone to make one prototype if possible.
Best way when looking for things like this is to check for ready made devices as they are cheap and in most instances, reliable.
One here.....just note the heading says input ac or dc when actually it is just dc.
Get a plug pack of required size to power the module and limit the travel on the potentiometer to your desired level and you are good to go.
Note that you may require the pot to be remotely mounted and be of a type you are more familiar with i.e. knob control.

It seems that one has a pot on board. i need something that could work with an app to raise and lower the voltage ( flame )
