need advice in how to make butterfly wings

I am thinking in making a butterfly out of paper of light material
I would like for the wings to flip like a butterfly I am wondering if you guys have a advice in how can I do this

Muscle wire. Small and light and easy to control.

if u are making it to fly then u might want to look into ornithopters. people have made them very small using pager motors and such.

I actually going to make the wings with wire
the butterfly will be on top of a kite
so I wanto to add movement via arduino
