Need advice on web based diesel generator parameter monitoring

Hi! I am a newbie in this forum and as well as Arduino Uno. I am planning to do a project on diesel generator. We have a generator of 400 kW Cummins made, operating in a remote place where I cannot go everyday to monitor the generators health such as temperature, rpm, load in kW and fuel capacity.

Now I want to do a project on the above said parameters through a web. Is it possible to do with Arduino Uno? Or please suggest me if any possible idea. if you share me a link of the website which relates to me it will help me to do. I have googled but no luck. Please advice.

What type of connection to the internet is available at this remote site? If none, how far to the nearest place with internet connection?

In general what you want to do should be possible but it depends on the answers to two sets of questions.

How far away is the generator? How do you propose to communicate with it? Is an internet connection or a mobile phone service available where the generator is situated?

Are you proposing to collect data from existing sensor on the system or do you plan to install your own sensors? In either case you should provide details of the sensors (links to datasheets) so we can assess whether / how an Arduino can collect the data.

The generator parameter monitoring system is mainly based on controller LXC6610 as the core electronic control system, plus the web service system. Another is a common brand of controller as the core electronic control system, plus collector LXI980 and web service system. Check below components design.
