Need Arduino Due compatible wireless module that can do 1 Mbps (+ overhead)

Hi!

I am looking for a wireless module that is compatible with the Arduino Due and can transfer ~1 Mbit of data per second (not taking into account overhead which will make the bit rate requirement a little greater I'm sure). The Wifi Shield https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoWiFiShield looks good but I'm not sure what kind of transfer rates it can do.

Thank you for any help!

Using Serial? SPI? I2C?

Hi Paul,

Strange, I didn't even get a notification that you replied. I'm pretty flexible, but it'd be better if the SPI was not used by the wireless module because the other board I'm connecting to the Arduino will be using it. Though I'm understanding that there are ways to time use of the SPI.

What do you mean by Serial and I2C?

I have never used Arduino by the way, so bear with me.

Thanks!

I don't think that the need to move a megabyte per second through is a realistic beginner project.

Not a Megabyte, a megabit. I can handle it
