Hi,
I was able to connect my arduino to the internet using the serial connection to an Asus WL-520GU router with OpenWrt. The price for the WL-520GU is $42.00, is there a cheaper solution to give to arduino Wi-Fi powers?
Thanks,

Async Labs offers some possibilities in the same general price range (a WiFi shield, and a couple of Arduino variants with WiFi built in). Sadly, there's still no solution for hobbyists that's much cheaper than a hacked router, because routers are made by the millions, and the market for hobby modules is only in the thousands.
