Need explanation about error message

Hi,

I found a sketch on a web page but the author don't give his mail.

I've this error after compiling (IDE 1.6.4 and Windows7) :

from Hellschreiber.ino:21:

Hellschreiber.ino:28:18: error: variable 'glyphtab' must be const in order to be put into read-only section by means of 'attribute((progmem))'

So I hope help because I'm a newbie.

Thanks,

Just make glyphtab const...

const Glyph glyphtab[] PROGMEM = {

Hi Nilton6,

That's right ! No error now.

I still have much to learn!

Thank you very much for this quick reply.

Have a good day,

Pierre

I still have much to learn!

Like how to search for errors that have been posted so often that its boring to keep answering the same questions.
