I am looking to create an patch/microstrip antenna array and use it with beamforming.
I have read that Arduino UNO can be used for the same application.
Do we have any idea or lead on this forum on how that can be achieved?

Probably not with radio frequencies, but some people have used the Uno or similar for beamforming with ultrasonic transducer arrays.
